15 years ago, when I was the Director for systems development for the USA Health Care System, I started developing the notion of this eCxO Executive Workbench Application as something I was using in my day-to-day operational responsibilities. Eventually, I wanted this to become a low cost software application that would illustrate the processes needed for a CIO to run their business. eCxO creates a dynamic reporting that organizations typically produce, thus, you can then like strategies, goals, objectives and more to various projects and performance reviews.
